As part of its 25th Anniversary celebration, each month WCF is awarding a surprise grant to a local nonprofit. For April, WCF presented a $2,500 grant to 3e Restoration Inc. The check was presented to Fred Liggin and Latonya Chamberliss Borden. 3e Restoration’s work focuses on our neighbors facing social displacement.
